Campaign

Retailers and service providers in Russian cities often face challenges due to mismatched locations and infrastructure that doesn't align with local needs.
Processing data from over 80 million customers and 1.2 million businesses, Sberbank gathered detailed insights into local community needs, providing targeted recommendations for suitable small businesses.
Empty storefront windows and geo-targeted online banners featured personalized messages, suggesting what businesses could thrive there, using AI forecasting models and direct community feedback.

Sberbank turned empty city spaces into vibrant conversations, connecting communities with businesses they truly needed.

Automated design enabled tens of thousands of customized layouts, visually engaging residents through simple yet vibrant square-shaped designs placed strategically in everyday urban spaces.
By asking residents for their opinions and actively responding to local feedback, the campaign transformed vacant spaces into interactive communication channels, creating a genuine dialogue between the bank, residents, and small businesses.

Results
Campaign generated 9x more small business responses compared to traditional loan advertising.
3x as many customers took loans for business development versus traditional campaigns.
Campaign was 30% more cost-efficient compared to traditional advertising methods.
Sberbank was approached by major Russian real estate developers to collaborate on improving infrastructure planning in residential areas.
